Dr. Lee has graduated with two doctorate level degrees – Doctor of Medical Science and a specialty certificate in Periodontology from Harvard University. He also has a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from UCLA and taught Biochemistry as a dental student. His bachelor’s degree is in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA.
He invented the “Crestal Window Sinus Grafting Technique” and owns the patent on various sinus and surgical instruments. He invented a new method of dental radiography that boasts of ultra-low dosage radiation and allows for angulation correction that enhances 3D imaging capabilities, resulting in a US Patent.
Dr. Lee is a Diplomate and serves as the current President of the International Academy of Dental Implantology. He teaches nationally and internationally on his sinus techniques and Temporary Anchorage Devices (TAD’s) to specialists, general dentists, and dental schools and makes time to conduct CE courses while increasing access to care to underserved populations in developing countries.
He is an innovator with a passion for teaching and developing new technologies. He actively conducts research and development for the betterment of dentistry delivering new techniques that provide improved, less-invasive, and more comfortable dental experience to his patients.
